Services

Engineering for the product you need.

We develop small-screen and screenless wearables for creators, founders and enterprise teams, including compact devices worn in different ways. Product definition, hardware, software and flexible production are handled as one programme.

01

Define the product

A useful product starts with a clear job.

What we work on and deliver

We map the task, wearing position, interactions and data flow. Together we set priorities, choose an initial architecture and identify what needs proving first.

You bring

Your idea, intended users, working environment and any existing application or prototype.

You receive

Product brief and functional priorities
Architecture direction and main engineering risks
Initial cost assumptions and a scoped development plan

02

Develop working hardware

The enclosure, electronics and software need to work together.

What we work on and deliver

We develop the electronics and wearing structure, integrate the display or sensors, and bring up the device software. Early samples help review the fit, controls, power use and core functions.

You bring

An agreed brief and the interfaces or software your product will use.

You receive

Hardware and mechanical design to the agreed scope
Device software and integration interfaces
Working prototypes with a clear issue list

03

Test it in the way it will be used

A working sample is the start of validation.

What we work on and deliver

We review the design against the product requirements, test it in the intended use and arrange a small pilot build. Feedback from users and assembly goes back into the design before we confirm the next version.

You bring

Prototype feedback, intended operating conditions and an agreed test plan.

You receive

Design and test review records
Revised samples and pilot units
Open issues and a production readiness decision

04

Flexible production and repeat delivery

Plan the next batch around the product’s progress and your demand.

What we work on and deliver

We prepare tooling and test fixtures, define assembly and inspection steps, and control hardware and software versions. We arrange batch deliveries and repeat orders, review changes between batches, and increase production as your launch or deployment develops.

You bring

An approved version, expected demand, delivery priorities and agreed acceptance criteria.

You receive

Production tooling and test methods to the agreed scope
Agreed batch deliveries and inspection records
A plan for repeat orders, revisions and gradual increases in production

A clear scope. A clear owner.

Your team

You bring the goals, the users and the working context.

Questions about getting started?
Compact electronics, displays and mechanics

Fit the necessary parts into something comfortable to wear.

Board layout, display integration, battery volume, antenna space and enclosure structure compete for the same limited space. We work through these decisions together, including access to buttons, screen readability, assembly and service needs. Touch behavior, optical bonding and thermal performance are evaluated for the selected design.

Sensing and measurement

Choose the measurement, then design for a useful signal.

We discuss the intended measurement, sensor position, skin contact where required, sampling and power use. The wearing structure and signal quality need to be evaluated together. Any accuracy claim needs a defined test method and evidence for the intended use; monitoring concepts do not establish medical performance.

Wearing structure and environmental protection

Design for the movement, handling and environment around the device.

We review fixing points, straps or clips, enclosure materials, seals and exposed interfaces against the intended conditions. Cleaning, sweat, impact and ingress requirements become part of the test plan. A change in wearing form or enclosure can require new validation.

Device software and interaction

Put the useful function within easy reach.

We work through firmware or Android system customization, the device interface, camera and audio functions where supported, power states and update requirements. On-device processing is selected around the actual task and hardware resources. Application behavior and data access are agreed as part of the project.

Wireless links and external data

Make clear where data comes from and where it needs to go.

We define the connection between the wearable, phone, gateway or external equipment, then review the selected radio hardware, antennas and software interfaces. Body position, enclosure materials, coverage and power use affect the design. A shared hardware family is an assessment starting point; it does not establish compatibility with every external system.

Agree the useful scope first.

We confirm what can be reused and what needs changing. Wearing structure, sensors, battery, antennas, software and applicable testing each need their own review.
