## Website information

This website introduces SyntaForge’s product development approach, platform references and possible applications. Application concepts are identified as such and should not be read as delivered customer projects.

## Product and platform references

Platform descriptions and illustrations provide a starting point for discussion. The functions, configuration, testing and deliverables for a project need to be defined in its agreed scope.

## Project discussions and agreements

An inquiry starts a conversation about your requirements. Scope, quotations, payments, quantities, schedules and acceptance criteria are addressed in the written arrangements for the specific project.

## Confidentiality and ownership

Discuss confidential material before sharing it. Any confidentiality agreement is handled as a separate project arrangement; sending a website message does not automatically sign an NDA.

The ownership and handover of tooling, custom work, source materials and existing technology are addressed in the project agreement.

## Website materials

Product references and application illustrations should be understood in their stated context. Permission to reuse supplied material should be confirmed with its rights holder.
