## Information you share

The contact form asks for your email address and a message about your project. You may also provide your name and company. These optional fields help give the conversation context.

## Responding to your inquiry

The details you provide are used to respond to your inquiry and discuss the product or service you have asked about. A useful first message can describe the intended user, the task and your current stage.

## Project information

You can begin with a general description. If a project requires confidential materials, the way those materials are exchanged and handled should be discussed before they are shared.

## Questions about your information

Use the contact page to ask a question about information you have shared or to request a correction. Include enough context to identify the relevant conversation without repeating unnecessary project details.

## Inquiry records and technical context

When you submit an inquiry, the website stores the name, company, email and message you provide, together with the server receipt time, IP address, user agent and device information. Cloudflare may provide an approximate country, region, city and time zone inferred from the network. This is not precise location tracking and may be inaccurate, including when a proxy or VPN is used.

## Entry pages and referral information

The browser keeps the first and latest entry page, referral website and campaign parameters in sessionStorage for this browser session. This context is sent with an inquiry to help us understand the inquiry source. The website does not use a third-party analytics service for this feature. If a browser or referring service omits the source, the inquiry is marked direct or unknown; an AI-source label is not proof of how the visitor made their decision.

## Who can access the inquiry

Inquiry records are stored using Cloudflare infrastructure and are available only to authorized administrators through the protected inquiry workspace. They are used to respond to the project, follow up its progress and prevent abuse. Public website pages and AI-readable documents do not include inquiry records.

## Notifications and your choices

If phone notifications are configured, they contain only a generic new-inquiry notice, a record identifier and a link to the protected workspace. They do not include the email address, IP address or project message. To ask about information you submitted, or request a correction or deletion, use the contact page and identify the inquiry without repeating confidential project details.
