## The short answer

We coordinate product definition, engineering, validation and manufacturing for creators, founders and enterprise teams. You do not need to bring a complete technical team. The project plan sets out who handles each stage and the role of any production partner.

## In more detail

We connect the work from the initial product idea to prototypes, pilot production and delivery. Before moving on, we review what the current stage has shown and agree what needs to happen next.

Production can start with a small pilot and grow through repeat orders as feedback and demand become clearer. Batch quantities, acceptance checks, delivery arrangements and responsibilities are agreed for the project.
